Description W2303 WINCHESTER MODEL 1890; 24 inch octagon barrel chambered in 22 Long caliber with a good shiny bore. Original sights. Third Model take-down frame with blue finish. Pump action rifle retains most all of its original blue with the balance turning a plum/brown patina. Walnut stock is in nice condition with a small crack on the right side by the upper tang and one at the toe. The Model 1890 was Winchesters first slide action repeating rifle. These were caliber specific. The Model 1890 was made from 1890-1932 and this one was made in 1918. MODERN $ 1,875.
