Description W1537 WINCHESTER MODEL 62A; 23 inch round replacement barrel chambered in 22 Short caliber. This barrel has the “P” in a circle. There are marks on the barrel near the receiver probably from some gunsmith years ago. Mag tube looks like it is a newer replacement evident by the nice blue. Barrel also has nice blue as does the receiver. Barrel has a near perfect bore. Rear sight is a pre-64 type. Wood is VG overall. Action works good. Would be a fun gun to shoot! MODERN $ 895.
