Well – we seek high and low for the best seashells for the best collectors. Here we have a batch of rare marble cowries measuring 7.5 cms by 3 cms in height and a depth approaching 5 cms. These Marble Cowries are hard to come by, take a look at the tab in the picture showing the provenance which dates these seashells back to the 1960s. Really beautiful colour and smooth texture with a flat aperture. This Marble Cowrie is definitely one for the collection.
